Stephanie & Nick. We don’t even know where to start. How can you begin to describe with words a couple who is just too cute, a day that is too beautiful, a bride who is too stunning or all the moments in between that are too special. And so, this is why we love photos. They truly speak a thousand words and will always do a better job than we ever could. One thing we will say is that Stephanie & Nick got the outdoor adventure they wanted. (If you missed their outdoorsy engagement session, check it out here!) They love traveling, hiking and exploring the world together and their tagline for the wedding was “And so our adventure begins.” Weddings are definitely an adventure of their own, but it’s just the start of something bigger, deeper and more wonderful. We have a quote on our website by C.S. Lewis that captures our prayer and hope for each couple we photograph as they begin a new life together: “Now at last they were beginning Chapter One of the Great Story, which no one on earth has ever read which goes on forever in which every chapter is better than the one before.” And with that, let this adventure begin…
We always love a delicate lace dress and Stephanie’s was perfect for her…
After our morning at the hotel, we headed to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park around Happy Days Lodge for a First-Look and portraits…
This amazingness happened within the first 5 minutes of their portrait time together. Oh yes, we were excited for what we knew was coming during the next hour…
Such a fun group! You guys were great.
Justice League. That’s right. Sorry, Marvel.
Really gorgeous group of ladies! We love that deep, rich dress color with the green forest backdrop…
Wow! Just wow, Stephanie. These are incredibly stunning…
Not looking too bad yourself there, Nick.
This group of photos is out-of-control, ridiculously gorgeous! We LOVE these…
Such a perfect and beautiful fall day for an outdoor wedding…
And you’re married!!!
A little kid craziness, some family pics, a few more bonus portraits (because we couldn’t stop ourselves with that perfect sunlight) and then it was reception time…
You guys are way too incredibly cute together…
Nick thought we needed a couple funny ones to add to all those romantic shots, so here you go Nick…
Happy Days Lodge is always one of our favorite venues…
As per Polish wedding tradition, the bride and groom are presented with a glass of vodka and water. Without knowing which is which, the bride chooses which one they will each drink. Whoever ends up with the glass of vodka will be the dominant partner in the relationship. Can you decide who got what glass?
This might be at the top of the ‘Favorite Dance Photos’ list for this year…
And then the party really got going…
Perfect ending to a perfect day…
And a few of us doing our thing… The human tripod. Awwww… 7 ½ months prego and still rocking it…
